Cancellation Policy

Finalist Withdrawal

1. Commitment Requirement

Upon selection as a finalist, the participant is required to submit the finalist fee as a confirmation of their commitment to the event.

2. Non-Refundable Fee

Once the finalist fee is submitted, it is strictly non-refundable. Finalists are advised to be certain of their participation before making the payment.

3. No Withdrawal Permitted

After submission of the finalist fee, withdrawal from the event is not permitted under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and organization of the event.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

If a finalist chooses to withdraw after the fee has been submitted, the organization reserves the right to take appropriate actions. This may include, but is not limited to, barring the individual from future events and taking necessary legal actions for misrepresentation of the organization.

Event Cancellation

1. Organizer-Initiated Cancellation

In the unlikely circumstance that the event is cancelled by the organizers, participants will be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Details

The refund will be a reimbursement of the finalist fee, excluding any promotional expenses incurred and applicable taxes.

3. Exclusions

Promotional expenses and taxes are non-refundable as these costs are typically non-recoverable and have already been allocated towards event promotion.

4. Refund Process

In the event of a cancellation, the organizers will issue a press release to formally announce the cancellation and initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed promptly, ensuring that all finalists are informed and reimbursed in a timely manner.

This expanded policy aims to provide clarity, fairness, and transparency for all participants. This is our Cancellation Policy.
