Non-Refundable Fees

1. Audition Fees

The audition fee paid by candidates to participate in the audition process is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Participation Fees

The participation fee paid by candidates to take part in the training and grooming sessions (held after selection in auditions) is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Processing Fees

Candidates: Candidates selected for the Grand Finale based on their performance in the selection rounds must pay a processing fee. This fee covers the management of accommodation, meals, attire, makeup, jewellery, and offline training with the trainers. The processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the finalist withdraws from the forthcoming event. The amount of the processing fee varies depending on the venue of the event.

Designers: For Fashion Designers and Jewellery Designers, the processing fee covers participation management, backstage coordination, model alignment, styling assistance, show execution support, promotional integration, and on-ground event logistics. This fee ensures seamless showcase planning and brand representation during the Grand Finale. The processing fee for designers is also strictly non-refundable under any circumstances and may vary depending on the venue.

General Disclaimer

• The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications for any reason whatsoever.
• Participation in the event is entirely at the applicant's own risk and responsibility. The organizers disclaim any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.

Misconduct and Disqualification

• Any form of misconduct, negative innuendos, or misrepresentation by the applicant, whether oral, written, or through actions, will result in immediate disqualification without question.
• Providing incorrect information will lead to disqualification, whether it is discovered before, during, or after the event.

Personal Conduct

• Applicants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
• Any behavior that is deemed unprofessional or inappropriate by the organizers will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification and removal from the event.

Health and Safety

• The organizers are not liable for any physical injuries sustained during participation in the event. Applicants are advised to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
• Applicants are responsible for their own health and must ensure they are fit to participate in the event.

Alcohol and Substance Use

• The consumption of alcohol and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the event.
• Any applicant found to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be disqualified immediately.

Property and Personal Belongings

• The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or belongings during the event. Applicants are advised to keep their belongings secure at all times.
• Any theft, loss, or damage to property should be reported to the event staff immediately.

Compliance with Event Rules

• All applicants must comply with the event rules and regulations at all times.
• Failure to adhere to the rules may result in disqualification and removal from the event.

Medical Emergencies

• In the event of a medical emergency, the organizers will provide basic first aid assistance. However, applicants are responsible for their own medical care and expenses.

• By participating in the event, applicants consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.
